These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") wwok This constitutes a legal agreement between the platform and its users. By accessing wwok's services via the website, mobile app, or any other channel, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.

If multiple accounts are found sharing the same device, IP address, or payment method, all associated accounts will be closed.

Password & Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Never share your login credentials with anyone, and always use a strong password. Any activity carried out through your account is your responsibility.

• Change your password regularly.
• Keep Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) enabled at all times.
• Avoid using wwok on public Wi-Fi networks.
• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, contact our support team immediately.

Account Verification (KYC)

Wwok may require mandatory KYC verification before processing withdrawals or transactions above a certain amount. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

Deposit Rules

• Only deposit from an account registered in your own name.
• Depositing through a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Funds from cryptocurrency or unknown sources are not accepted.

Withdrawal Rules

Your account must be verified before you can make a withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 100. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 2 minutes to 24 hours.

• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be fulfilled first.
• Multiple chargebacks will result in permanent account closure.
• wwok reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals in the case of suspicious transactions.

Wwok bonus offers are designed to provide additional value to our members. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which must be read before claiming.

Wagering Requirement

Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements — meaning bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a BDT 1,000 bonus means you must place BDT 10,000 in bets before withdrawing.

• Reload Bonus: 10x wagering requirement.
• Cashback: No wagering required — credited directly to your balance.
• Free Bet: 3x wagering requirement applies to winnings.

Reasons for Bonus Cancellation

• Claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts.
• Withdrawing funds before completing bonus wagering requirements.
• Placing bets on restricted games using bonus funds.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system.

Wwok reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion or bonus offer at any time.

General Betting Rules

The following rules apply when participating in Sports Betting, live betting, casino games, and other gaming services on wwok:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bet settlement will be based on official results.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, wwok reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, all stakes will be refunded.

Maximum Win Limit

Wwok sets a maximum payout limit for each bet market. Any winnings exceeding this limit will be voided. Maximum limits vary by market, tournament, and the member's VIP level.

Cash-Out Rules

The cash-out feature may not be available for all matches or markets. The cash-out value offered is determined by wwok and may be lower than the original potential winnings of your bet.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Attempting to launder money or process illegal payments.
• Hacking, cracking, or using bots on the system or software.
• Misuse of the bonus system (including arbitrage and systematic bonus hunting).
• Using a false identity or fraudulent documents.
• Betting on sports using insider information or engaging in match-fixing.
• Using abusive or inappropriate language toward wwok staff.

Wwok places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe gaming is for entertainment, not addiction. To support this, we provide the following tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount.
• Betting Limits: Maximum stake per bet applies.

Legal Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of wwok's licensing authority. Resolution will first be sought through mutual discussion.
